Pre-Construction
We will work alongside of you and your team early in the project development stages to help you develop a reliable budget, a cost-effective design, accurate construction documents and an obtainable project schedule.
Project Management
At Sugrue & Associates, we assign dedicated project managers to each new project. All our project managers are skilled and experienced to make thoughtful onsite decisions. They achieve a level of efficiency, perspective, and accountability when given the freedom to properly run the construction project.
Self-Performed Labor
As an added benefit to our clients we as a general contractor self-perform labor in the following areas: Light Division 2 - Site Work, Light Division 3 p-0 Concrete Work and Division 6 - Rough and Finish Carpentry. We have found our construction work improves task quality, reduces labor costs, and helps us meet tight schedules.
